Group Targets Portland Commissioner's House Following Vote on Police Funding

Portland, Oregon, Commissioner Dan Ryan had his home in the city’s north targeted by a group chanting “black lives matter” on November 5 after he voted against a council proposal to cut funding to police, local media reported.

This footage, shot by Independent Media PDX, shows Ryan’s house illuminated with flashlights and burning flares as eggs are thrown at it. Local media reported a window was damaged by the flares.
