Gold State Coach readied for Queen's Platinum Jubilee
STORY: Built in 1762, the 260-year-old coach has not appeared on London's streets since the queen's 50th anniversary celebrations in 2002.
The seven-metre long, four-tonne vehicle will be drawn by eight horses as it begins the military parade finale to the four-day Jubilee celebration.
It will mirror the queen's journey in the coach on June 2, 1953 - the day of her coronation.
In 2018 the queen described that journey as "horrible," adding that the gilded was carriage was "not very comfortable."
