Glowing Object Streaks Across Night Sky as Dozens of Fireball Sightings Reported
Dozens of residents across several US states reported spotting a possible fireball in the early hours of Friday, July 22, according to the American Meteor Society.
Footage captured by Mandy Hensley’s security camera shows a bright object glowing as it streaks across the night sky. She said the video was filmed in Noblesville, Indiana.
The American Meteor Society said it received more than 100 reports of sightings in eight states, including Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Kentucky.
