Gisele Bündchen Shares Deeply Personal Message Amid Pregnancy, Post-Divorce

The supermodel is keeping the vibes light and positive ahead of giving birth.

In the weeks following the reveal of Gisele Bündchen's third pregnancy, the model remained relatively private about the details of her imminent birth and relationship with boyfriend Joaquim Valente. Now, the former Victoria's Secret angel is telling her side of the story and setting the tone for her pregnancy, thanks to her latest statement on Instagram.

"There’s no guide to life, no perfect roadmap to follow. But remember everything you are, is a choice!" the model captioned the set of photos—which included one of her sitting on a dock and another of her reading a book. "To feel good, to be healthy, and to cultivate a positive mindset are daily choices that only you can commit to. Each day presents the opportunity to choose habits that nourish your body, uplift your spirit, and guide you toward the life you truly want to live."

The model's quotes mirror what a recent source told People of Bündchen's mindset. Earlier this month, the insider revealed that Bündchen is “excited to embrace this new chapter openly.” When the news of her pregnancy became public on October 28, she “received many positive messages and congratulations” from family, friends, and fans online. Initially, Bündchen “wanted to keep it private for as long as she could, [but] doing so was starting to be a challenge.”

The source added that the supermodel “feels good” at her current stage of pregnancy and wants to do her best to prioritize her health and wellness, primarily “pilates and other exercises that will help with birth too." Healthy living has always been essential to Bündchen, with the source adding that she has “always taken amazing care of herself,” and “eats healthy and meditates as well.”

In addition to Bündchen's message about being positive, she shared the first images of herself with her baby bump on display via Instagram on November 13. The supermodel attended the Lotus House Gala, in celebration of the women and children's shelter's 20th anniversary, in a black silk halter gown and strappy stilettos.

Bündchen already shares two biological children with ex-husband, Tom Brady—daughter Vivian and son Benjamin—as well as step-son, Jack, from Brady's previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan.
