Supermodel, mom, and wellness advocate Gisele Bündchen, 44, has exciting news—she’s expecting Baby No. 3!

Bündchen and her boyfriend, Jiu-Jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, 35, are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child together. This new little one will join Gisele’s two children, 14-year-old Benjamin and 11-year-old Vivian, whom she shares with her ex-husband, NFL legend Tom Brady.

According to a source who spoke with People on October 28, “Gisele and Joaquim are thrilled to start this new chapter together. They’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family.” It’s not just a fresh start, but also a testament to the strength Gisele has cultivated over the past couple of years.

In an exciting twist, Bündchen has chosen not to find out the baby’s sex until the birth. A source shared that she is several months along and plans to have a home birth, embracing a natural and intimate birth experience.

After her public split from Brady in 2022, Gisele turned inward, prioritizing self-discovery, wellness, and the parts of life that brought her joy—especially motherhood. As a friend shared with People earlier this year, “She’s secure, happy, and focusing on the positives in her life,” a friend shared with PEOPLE earlier this year.

It was during this journey that Gisele’s connection with Joaquim Valente deepened. After first sparking dating rumors in 2022 when they were seen together in Costa Rica with her kids, Gisele and Joaquim eventually confirmed their relationship in early 2024. What began as a friendship has blossomed into a supportive partnership, with Joaquim now playing a central role in her life and family.

Motherhood has always been central to Bündchen’s life, and this new baby marks an exciting step as she embarks on another chapter with her blended family. As she continues to navigate life, love, and motherhood with grace and resilience, we at Motherly couldn’t be happier for her growing family.

Here’s to new beginnings and the joy of expanding families!
