The 30-second spot — which was first released by People — shows Kirk deliver a package to Luke’s diner. Shortly thereafter, Lorelai arrives for her daily dose of “coffee coffee coffee” and receives a gift from her husband.
Created by Amy Sherman-Palladino, Gilmore Girls originally aired for six seasons (2000–2006) on The WB, even surviving the network’s transition into The CW, where it aired for one more season before its unceremonious cancellation in 2007. Due to popular demand, the show’s cast and creatives reunited in 2016 for the four-part limited series Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, which attempted to tie up multiple loose ends while still leaving the door open for future stories.
The series starred Graham and Alexis Bledel as snark-bots Lorelai and Rory Gilmore, a mother-daughter duo whose lives are constantly the talk of their picturesque Connecticut town. The iconic cast, at various points, included household names like Kelly Bishop, Matt Czuchry, Melissa McCarthy, Jared Padalecki, Milo Ventimiglia and Liza Weil.
