German Shepherd Has No Time for Owner's Beach Art
A three-year-old German shepherd spoiled a “sweet memory” for his family when he dug a hole over his owner’s sand art, recently shared video shows.
Ana and Sean Mahon were visiting a beach in Ocean City, Maryland, when Sean tried to record a video of his footprint alongside the paw print of their black-and-red German shepherd, Sherlock.
Sherlock, meanwhile, had other ideas. As Sean recorded video of the side-by-side prints, Sherlock dug a hole in the sand where each mark stood.
Speaking to Storyful, Ana said Sherlock is a “silly” but “extremely smart” dog.
“He is extremely smart and loves to train but also has a super silly personality. We love taking him on trips to the beach or mountains so he can run free in nature and take a break from the city,” she said. Credit: Ana Mahon via Storyful
