Funnel Cloud Spotted in East-Central Arkansas During Severe Thunderstorm

Tornado-warned thunderstorms moved through central Arkansas on Wednesday, June 9, contributing to what the National Weather Service called the “ridiculous” amount of rainfall parts of the state had received in June.
