'Freedom Day': Anti-Vaccine Protesters Clash With Police in Central London

Arrests were made during anti-vaccine protests in central London on Monday, July 19, after all lockdown measures across England were removed.

Protesters clashed with officers from the Metropolitan Police. Eleven people were arrested, local media reported.

Nearly 40,000 people tested positive for the coronavirus on Monday, according to the UK government.

This footage filmed by Dee Dee shows scenes near Parliament Square. In the first clip, protesters hold signs reading “Government is lying to you” and “We do not consent.”
