Francesca Farago Says She ‘Hasn’t Slept’ During Her Second Trimester Expecting Twins: ‘I Wake Up Every 30 Minutes!’ (Exclusive)

Farago tells PEOPLE that "there's a lot of scares and things you don't realize can happen when you're pregnant and a lot of things you're learning every day"

Francesca Farago is getting candid about how she's feeling during her second trimester.

PEOPLE caught up with the reality TV star and her TikToker fiancé Jesse Sullivan at the POSSE Pride Party held at The Viper Room in Hollywood on Thursday, June 6.

While speaking to PEOPLE, the expectant mother-of-two opened up about the pregnancy symptoms she's experiencing.

"I am not sleeping, and I never sleep. I wake up every 30 minutes to pee, so," she says with a laugh. The mom-to-be, however, says that everything overall is "going good."

'There's a lot of scares and things you don't realize can happen when you're pregnant and a lot of things you're learning every day. But everything is going good and we're hoping that it continues to go good. I'm in my second trimester now, so I'm feeling super great," the Too Hot to Handle and Perfect Match star adds.

Sullivan says that he has tried to make Farago as comfortable as can be throughout her pregnancy journey.

"I cook. I clean. I take care of the animals," he explains. ["In] her first trimester, she barely got out of bed, so I was just kind of doing everything, and now she's finally feeling good. So I have almost normal Francesca back."

While Farago and her partner are not ready to disclose their babies' names yet, she teases that they are "really cute."

"I think we kind of have the names settled, but we're not gonna reveal or even call them the names yet until I'm further or until they're almost here because I just don't want to jinx anything," explains Farago.

The couple first announced that they were expecting their first baby together via a joint Instagram post in March.

In April, Farago shared with PEOPLE that the news was a "shock."

"It took me about a week to really know that it was true and get the positive blood test back from our doctor. I was just in shock," she recalled. "We were not expecting that. We thought it was going to be negative for sure, and then when we saw positive that early, we got a really early positive, we were like 'No.'"

The POSSE Pride Party was in support of the LGBTQ advocacy group GLAAD with Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Meredith Marks, Drag Race alum Naomi Smalls, and more. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne released her new single "Dominos" at the event with her Bravo cast mates also in attendance cheering her on.
