Former Home and Away star discusses possible return as Andy Barrett
Former Home and Away star Tai Hara has discussed a possible return for his character Andy Barrett.
Tai played Andy between 2013 and 2016, and exited the Summer Bay soap when his character went on the run with his half-brother Josh Barrett, who was convicted of killing Charlotte King.
In an interview with Now to Love, the actor confirmed that he was still in touch with Jackson Gallagher, who played Josh.

"Jackson and I, when we do catch up, still have a bit of a chuckle about where Andy and Josh are now, you know. A fishing expo, or maybe hiding out somewhere in far North Queensland," he said.
"I feel like maybe they've gone to a tropical island."
Tai continued: "We definitely joke about the Barretts coming back. The thing is they never died, so it's all open."

Jackson also talked about the possibility of returning to Summer Bay recently.
Now on Neighbours as Bea Nilsson's love interest Nathan 'Packo' Packard, Jackson didn't rule anything out when he was asked whether he would consider playing Josh again.
"I like to work," he said. "If it lined up at the right time and it made sense, why not?"
Home and Away returns to Channel 5 (UK) January. The show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 in Australia.
