We may still be in the thick of winter, but Florence Pugh is already setting the tone for summery red-carpet dressing.

The Oscar-nominated actor delivered an interstellar take on the mermaidcore trend at a promotional event for upcoming film Dune: Part Two in Mexico City on Monday night. It’s no secret Florence loves an ab-baring evening set (almost as much as she loves her transparent dresses), and yesterday’s red carpet provided the perfect opportunity for her to show out in yet another two-piece.

This time, Florence opted for an ivory set, custom-made by London-based label Galvan. The set’s slightly translucent fabric was embellished all over with glimmering diamond-shaped mirrors, which, when arranged together, looked like metallic fish scales. A nearly hip-high leg slit slashed on one side of the skirt offered a peek at her strappy wraparound silver heels, which coordinated with her array of sculptural silver jewelry pieces from Shaun Leane. All in all, the look fabulously embodied sci-fi glamour—a fitting tribute to Florence's Dune character, Princess Irulan, who will make her debut in the latest installment of the story, when it comes out on March 1.

Florence wasn’t the only star who turned heads on the Dune red carpet. Costar Zendaya also made a showstopping appearance, collaborating with longtime stylist Law Roach on an intergalactic look designed by Torishéju Dumi. The stomach-baring dress featured large swaths of gray, black, and scarlet fabrics knotted around circular shapes, adding dimension and texture to the slightly dystopian ensemble. The look also happened to mark one of the first major red-carpet moments for the independent British designer, who celebrated the feat on Instagram: “TO WORK WITH ALL YOU ICONS, JUST SIMPLY WONDERMENT THANK YOU.”
