The Florence American Cemetery commemorated Memorial Day 2022 with a ceremony on Monday, May 30.

Footage released by the US Department of Defense shows Italian and American flags throughout the site, where 4,392 American service members are buried.

The cemetery is owned by the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC), a government agency that operate US military cemeteries, memorials and monuments across the world.
