Floodwater Streams Down Streets in Montecito, California

Authorities issued immediate evacuations in Montecito, California, on Monday, January 9, the five-year anniversary of a deadly mudslide in the region that claimed 23 lives, after dangerous flooding hit the area.

Santa Barbara County officials ordered residents in Montecito, Toro Canyon, Sycamore Canyon and Padaro Lane to evacuate immediately on Monday.
