Floodwater Streams Over Roads in San Luis Obispo Amid Storm

Floodwater streamed down roads in San Luis Obispo, California, on Monday, January 9, as the area was battered by another atmospheric river storm.

Video released by the San Luis Obispo City Fire Department shows vehicles partially submerged by floodwaters in the city.
