Floodwater Pours Along Highway in Greater Birmingham

A motorist in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, captured a video of water rushing onto Montgomery Highway as heavy rain and caused flooding in parts of metro Birmingham on October 6.

Kevin Sarabia captured this dramatic footage of the flooding as lightning flashed overhead. He told Storyful he stepped out of his vehicle to a safe zone after attempting to drive down the highway.
