Floodwater Fills Streets in Caye Caulker, Belize, Following Hurricane Lisa

Flooded streets were seen in Caye Caulker, Belize, on Thursday, November 3, a day after Hurricane Lisa made landfall in the country.

On November 3, the National Meteorological Service of Belize said Lisa’s outer rain bands remain over Belize and that a flood warning is in effect for the country.

Footage captured by Instagram user an_dino16 shows debris scattered across flooded roads in Caye Caulker.

The San Pedro Sun reported that Caye Caulker received minimal damage due to the storm.
