Flooding Prompts Road Closures in Missouri

Numerous roads in Missouri were closed due to flooding on Friday, June 25, after heavy rain swept the region, transportation officials said.

The Missouri Department of Transportation posted this footage on Friday that shows rushing floodwater near Missouri 163 at Bonne Femme Creek in Columbia. The department said on Twitter that the flooding was “threatening” the Missouri 163 highway.
