Flooding Hits China Before Typhoon In-Fa Makes Landfall

A group of residents in Weihui, in China’s Henan Province, were evacuated from flooding by a mechanical loader on July 24, after heavy rainfall hit the region ahead of Typhoon In-fa making landfall.

This video, posted to Weibo, shows the group navigating floodwaters while on the machinery.
