Flooding Forces Evacuations in Southern Montana

Severe flooding tore through Red Lodge, Montana, in the early hours of Monday, June 13, forcing evacuations in the area as Rock Creek crested.

The National Weather Service issued a flood watch for a portion of south-central Montana until Tuesday at 6 pm, and said rain and snowmelt prompted the flooding.
