Flash floods hit the Indonesian village of Nameng in West Java on Thursday (October 28). The dramatic footage shows flooded streets and half-submerged houses. Residents are trying to cross through the floodwater, wading through a chest-deep muddy stream while holding their belongings over their heads. The footage was shot in Nameng, a sub-district of Rangkasbitung, Banten, on the Indonesian island of Java.
