Flash Flooding Submerges Streets in Northeast Oklahoma

Flash flooding left roads and sidewalks submerged in Collinsville, Oklahoma, on Thursday, May 27, as severe thunderstorms rolled over northeast parts of the state.

The National Weather Service in Tulsa issued multiple flash flood warnings and said some areas received three to four inches of rain Thursday afternoon.
