Flash Flooding Prompts Water Rescues in Hagerstown, Maryland

Flash flooding prompted multiple water rescues in northwest Maryland on Wednesday, September 7, local officials said.

Footage posted to Facebook by Washington County MD Fire Calls shows floodwaters gushing through Hagerstown on Wednesday afternoon.

Other social media users posted images from the area showing fire trucks partially submerged in floodwater.
