Flash Flooding Hits London, Kentucky

Flash flooding hit parts of eastern Kentucky on February 28 amid heavy rainfall.

The National Weather Service issued multiple flash flooding warnings on Sunday, urging residents to avoid walking or driving through floodwaters.

The threat of continued flash flooding was expected to persist throughout the evening for central and eastern parts of the state.
