Flash Flooding Drenches Richmond
Thunderstorms brought flash flooding across central Virginia on August 12, leading to several road closures, according to reports.
Alex Wood was on his way to work and attempting to board a bus in Richmond when he encountered the flooding.
Wood posted footage of the heavy rain to his Twitter page, showcasing the flooded parking lot that is adjacent to his bus stop.
