Flash Flooding Caused by Record Rainfall Leads to Partial Interstate 70 Closure

Flash flooding caused by record rainfall affected parts of Missouri in the early hours of Tuesday, July 26, with six to 10 inches falling in areas, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

Video filmed by Twitter user @Patrico1057 shows the flooded Interstate 70.
