Flash Flooding in Baton Rouge as Heavy Rainfall Continues

The National Weather Service has extended a flood watch for much of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi through until September 17.

Hannah Spitchley filmed this video, showing people walking in the floodwater near her apartment in Baton Rouge on September 15.

“Tried to leave my building to go to my night class and the entire street flooded while I was taking a nap?” Spitchley wrote on Twitter.
