Firefighters rescued an 8-year-old boy who had fallen into a deep sinkhole in northern China. Video filmed in the city of Beipiao in Liaoning Province on November 12 shows a boy falling into a 2-metre-deep sinkhole that suddenly opened up under him when he was playing. In another clip, firefighters put a helmet onto the boy's head and cleared the loose bricks before a fireman jumped into the sinkhole to save the boy. Fortunately, the boy was not injured seriously. The case is under investigation.
