Fire caused by exploding firecrackers burns tree and car in Chinese residential community

A huge fire caused by firecrackers burnt a tree and a parked car in a residential community in eastern China. CCTV footage captured in the city of Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province on September 26 shows firecrackers being lit next to a row of parked cars as a woman celebrated buying a new vehicle. However, the sparks lit a nearby tree and burnt it down. The woman was seen driving her new Audi SUV away from the place. Since she could not contact the owners of other cars, one car was damaged. Nearby residents used extinguishers to put out the fire before the firefighters arrived. Fortunately, no one was injured. The woman and the car owner will settle the matter in private.
