SINGAPORE — A fire broke out at a Housing & Development Board (HDB) flat in Serangoon on Tuesday night (2 March).

A second-floor unit at Blk 214 Serangoon Avenue 4 is seen engulfed in flames in a video circulating on social media.

Two of the rooms of the unit appear to be shrouded in smoke. It is unclear if anyone was in the flat at the time of the incident.
