'Fifteen Seconds of Serenity': Snow Falls Across Portions of Ontario

Early season snow fell across portions of Ontario on Sunday, November 14.

Environment and Climate Change Canada, a government department, reported on Sunday afternoon that the snow fall would continue into the night, and forecast lake effect flurries in the area on Monday.
