Fences Erected Near White House Ahead of Election Day 'Unrest'

Federal authorities in Washington were expected to erect “non-scalable fencing” around the White House on November 2, the day before the US presidential election.

NBC reported the new fencing would encompass the Ellipse and Lafayette Square to protect the White House.
