Alabama man Brian Holloway said, “I feel like I’m on my deathbed,” when asked by his wife, Kelly, to describe his coronavirus symptoms to her in a video posted on Facebook on April 5.
Kelly Holloway told Storyful that after Brian, 38, started showing symptoms related to COVID-19 on April 1. His health deteriorated, they went to a drive-through clinic for testing on April 4.
Kelly said that while the test results came back negative, their doctor advised them that it was a “false negative,” and to act as if it came back positive, according to reports
In her video, Kelly advised people to stay inside and protect themselves against the virus, to which Brian added from his bed, “it’s not worth it.”
When speaking to Storyful on April 7, Kelly said, “Brian is feeling somewhat better today. He still has a bad cough but he is recovering.”
