Matt Wrack, general secretary of the Fire Brigades Union (FBU), has said that he believes “something similar” to the Grenfell tragedy “could happen again”. It is almost five years to the week since a fire ripped through the council-owned Grenfell tower, killing 72 social housing tenants.
