At least 11 people were killed when a building collapsed in Aleppo, Syria, on September 7, local officials said.
Officials said three children were among those killed.
Maad Medlaji, head of the Aleppo City Council, told state media “the reason for the collapse of the building was the lack of engineering foundations.”
