At least four people were killed, and at least 31 others injured, in a strike on a suburb north of Kyiv on Wednesday, November 23, police said.
Kyiv’s head of police Andriy Nebytov said a missile hit the Vyshhorod region on Wednesday. Six children, including a five-year-old girl, were injured in the shelling, Nebytov said.
Elsewhere in Kyiv, an administration building, warehouse and garages were also hit, Ukraine’s State Emergency Services said.
