KUALA LUMPUR, June 30 — A farm in Zhejiang, China is gaining popularity on social media for its unique pigsty-view rooms.

Upon check out, guests will also be given either a live panda pig or a year’s supply of fresh pork depending on their choice, with the entire package costing 8,888 yuan (RM5,742) Tian Mu News reported.

The pigs are nicknamed panda pig due to their unique black head and rear. It also has a white band in the middle.

The rooms are located on the second floor of the pen where a glass panel offers guests a view of the pigs as they go about their daily routine.

To prevent stench in the pen from permeating the rooms, windows are sealed off.

Farm worker Zhou Qi said there are two rooms to choose from — one for families, and another for couples.

Besides the pigsty view rooms, the farm also houses a museum, themed restaurant, café and conference centre.

The farm has a rating of 4.7 out of 5 on Trip.com.
