Farid Kamil throws shade at "KL G in songkok" in a series of IG Stories
9 Mar – Farid Kamil has set tongues wagging with his recent cryptic posts online, in which he spoke about a "KL G in songkok" who hits women.
The actor recently shared several Instagram Stories, which read, "There must be something special about him, right? Because there was no action regarding him hitting a woman from 2005 until 2020 (NFA). Is this an example of a hypocritical son of 2023?"
"Just like a movie, we circle back on these wheels of life. God's power is mightier than your money," he added.
In another post, he wrote, "For the record, yes, he is the person who hit the woman named Diana in 2005. It was reported but no action was taken (NFA). A son of the KL Sultan probably."
He added that the Diana in question is still traumatised by the incident.
It is noted that Farid's wife Diana Danielle has shared multiple times that she had been physically abused before in her previous relationship. The actress was known to have dated actor-director Syamsul Yusof, who is also the actor and director of "KL Gangster" prior to marrying Farid.
Soon after, Farid admitted that he had been slammed by some of the other party's die-hard fans, who accused him of rehashing old story.
