Fan Bingbing gets to work as Melaka Friendship Ambassador for Tourism
21 Jun - Fan Bingbing really wants to show everybody that she is serious about her ambassadorship, as she began her work to promote Malaysian historical state, Melaka.
Following her official initiation as the Melaka Friendship Ambassador for Tourism, the actress went on to share post after post about her time in the state, from her reunion with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Ibrahim ibni Sultan Iskandar and the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka, Dr. Haji Mohd Ali Rustam, to her many visits to various attractions in Melaka.
The actress was also mesmerised by the traditional costume of kebaya Nyonya, as she posted more photos of her in her third outfit while visiting the Hang Tuah Exhibition and the Baba Nyonya Museum.
She then shared photos from her visit to the Porta de Santiago, Melaka, which she captioned, "A doorway to the past."
Other places that the new ambassador visited include the Taming Sari Tower, the Freeport A Famosa Outlet, the Melaka River Cruise, and the A'Famosa Theme Park.
At the same time, she didn't forget her activism side, as Fan raised awareness about the motor neuron disease, ALS as she met with MND Malaysia to promote the "Ok i love U" Ice Bucket Challenge, writing, "Our love and support is the greatest motivation for ALS patients. I urge everyone to actively participate the initiative on June 29th at Padang Timur MBPJ."
