Evacuations Lifted as Firefighters Increase Containment of Bridge Fire in Placer County, California

Fire officials reported no change in acreage and an increased 25 percent containment for the 411-acre Bridge Fire on Tuesday, September 7, after evacuation orders and warnings were lifted in parts of Placer County, California, a day prior.

This footage released by Cal Fire’s Nevada Yuba Placer Unit shows firefighting efforts in Auburn, where the blaze had ignited on September 5, according to Cal Fire.
