The cast of Euphoria could not contain their excitement after Zendaya won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Rue Bennett. The victory not only marked the 24-year-old's first Emmy win, but also set a new record for the youngest winner in the category—ever.

As Zendaya celebrated the triumph at home with her family—dressed in glamorous Armani Prive, no less—her costars sent her messages of love and congratulations on social media. A few even shared videos of their live reactions to her win.

Jacob Elordi

The actor known as Nate Jacobs on the show gave Zendaya a shoutout on his Instagram Story. "Congratulations captain" and "Bravo," he captioned a still of the Emmy-winner in Euphoria.

Hunter Schafer

"Yes! Oh, shit!" Schafer, who plays Jules Vaughn in the series, shouted for joy when she watched Zendaya win the Emmy. She shared a gleefully chaotic video of her reaction on her Instagram Story.

Storm Reid

Zendaya's on-screen little sister, Reid shrieked when she heard her costar's name announced on-screen. "Congratulations, Z, I love you!" she said in a video of her reaction.

"CONGRATS TO MY BIG SIS," she also tweeted.

Barbie Ferreira

Ferreira, who plays Kat Hernandez on Euphoria, doesn't have cable, so she FaceTimed a friend to watch the Emmys ceremony. The makeshift stream was worth it. She proudly posted a screenshot from her video call as she watched Zendaya accept her trophy.

In an Instagram Story photo from bed later that night, Zendaya admitted that she was overwhelmed with the messages from loved ones and friends. "Still on cloud nine ... so grateful, still speechless, to all my friends and family who have texted/tweeted/called etc. I promise I will get back to you tomorrow when I've wrapped my head around this amazing night, until then ... gonna go to sleep and make sure this isn't a dream."

In her acceptance speech, Zendaya acknowledged young people fighting for change. "I know this feels like a really weird time to be celebrating, but I just want to say that there is hope in the young people out there," she said. "I know that our TV show doesn't always feel like a great example of that, but there is hope in the young people. And I just want to say to all my peers out there doing the work in the streets, I see you, I admire you, I thank you."
