Erin Napier Shares an Inside Look at Beach Day with Her Daughters — From Dolphin Watching to Jumping Waves
This comes a month after Erin and Ben Napier celebrated their youngest daughter's 3rd birthday with a Christmas-themed party

Erin Napier is having some fun in the sun with her mini-mes!
The HGTV Home Town co-host, 38, shared a glimpse on Tuesday, July 9, into her summer beachside activities with her daughters Helen, 6, and Mae, 3, whom she shares with her co-host and husband Ben Napier.
She shared an Instagram video set to Haim’s song “Summer Girl,” which began by showing several palm trees blowing in the wind in front of a clear blue sky. She then cut to an adorable scene of her two daughters splashing in the waves during sunset. The girls could be seen lifting their legs up high and then stomping back down as the waves came in.
Erin also showed several scenes from the rest of their vacation, including a close-up of some seashells on the beach with a tall figure and child in the background. There was also a clip of a dolphin swimming in the sea, which she appeared to take off the side of a boat.

“summer (let’s forget the meltdowns and missed naps?),” she jokingly captioned the post.
Erin has been sharing several updates on her social media of how her daughters have been spending their summer vacation. Last month, she shared a picture of an art project the girls made on Instagram.
“Frinds,” Helen wrote on a piece of lined paper just above a stick figure drawing of the sisters with their names. Under the stick figures the siblings shared their love for each other, writing, “I heart Mae” and “I heart Helen.”
The proud mom also shared a peek into how the family celebrated Mae’s third birthday in early June with a Christmas-themed party. Erin shared a few photos from the function on her Instagram, featuring Mae’s birthday cake and Ben dressed up as Santa standing beside his daughter.
Erin and Ben opened up in a recent interview with PEOPLE about how they balanced parenting their two daughters with filming the latest season of their show Home Town Takeover in Sebring, Florida. The pair noted that the children’s lives were a lot different during filming than the one they lived at their home in Laurel, Mississippi.

“Their life here was totally different from our life [in Mississippi],” said Ben. “They’re on vacation, they’ve been swimming every day.”
“They swim and fish and take field trips to the orange grove. This is a dream for them,” Erin added, noting that the dreamy vibe carried over to the entire family.
“We’ve had summer vacation feelings the whole time, even though we’re working harder than we’ve ever worked in our lives,” Erin said.
