England Players Cool Off as They Feel The Heat Ahead of Qatar World Cup

England’s soccers players trained in high temperatures to acclimatise to Qatar’s heat ahead of their opening World Cup fixture against Iran, according to news reports

In a video posted by the official Twitter account of the England national team, midfielder Jude Bellingham, defenders Trent Alexandar Arnold and Ben White, and striker Callum Wilson, were seen heading to a mist machine to reduce their body temperatures during a session at the Al Wakrah sports complex.

“Cooling off!”, the England national football team tweeted.

Temperatures could reach as high as 84 degrees Farenheit (29 degrees Celcius) during England’s first match of the tournament on Monday. Air conditioning at the stadium is set to reduce the impact of the heat, however, according to the FIFA World Cup 2022 website.
