Residents in the Philippines surveyed structural damage along a road in Surigao City on Tuesday, December 21, following a typhoon that struck the region and killed at least 375 people, local media reported.
Twitter user @aRareWolfff, who filmed this footage, said “mostly electric poles are down” in the area.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), maximum sustained winds of 195 km/h (121 mph) were recorded during the storm.
