Eddie Pang is happy ex-fiancee is getting married
26 Jan – Eddie Pang has nothing but well wishes to ex-fiancée, Queenie Chu, who is marrying cardiologist, Jason Chan.
As reported on Mingpao, the EO2 member, who sat down for an interview on an online show recently, stated that he is happy for the actress, adding, "What else can I say but congratulations? I wish her well."
When mentioned that netizens are praising Queenie's new man and saying that it was a better pick than him, Eddie laughed and said, "I don't mind. The most important thing is that she is happy. I am accustomed to outside criticism."
The singer also revealed that the two of them have not actually been in touch since Queenie withdrew from their shared business a year ago.
On the other hand, when asked why he was absent from an EO2 reunion performance on ViuTV earlier, Eddie said that he would love to join the others but was tied to another contract.
Queenie admitted to her engagement to cardiologist Jason Chan earlier this month, after a Notice of Intended Marriage with her name on it made it to the tabloids. The actress was previously engaged to marry Eddie in 2015, but they eventually broke up.
Eddie later married his non-showbiz girlfriend in April 2020.
