KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 8 — Eco World Development Group Bhd announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hasrat Budi Sdn Bhd will no longer hold any shares in MySJ Sdn Bhd.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, EcoWorld said the cheque for the option price between Entomo Malaysia Sdn Bhd — the operator of the MySejahtera app — and MySJ founder chief executive officer and director Raveenderan Ramamoothie has been cleared.

“Further to the Company’s announcement on October 28, 2022, the company wishes to update that the cheque for the option price has been cleared.

“Accordingly, the shares in MYSJ held by Hasrat Budi Sdn Bhd (“HBSB”), the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, will be retransferred, whereupon HBSB will no longer hold any shares in MYSJ.

“HBSB’s representatives will also resign as directors of MYSJ,” the property developer said.
