Winestone is a Modern European restaurant that has recently secured Singapore Environment Council's (SEC) Eco F&B certification. The restaurant, located next to Novotel on Stevens, is working with 4 local makers to create a unique and sustainable Christmas experience.
These makers consists of Mixologist Dannon Har of Section D, Leon Hay of Hay Dairies, Singapore's only goat farm, Designer June Chen of Floral Mikelle as well as Jas Rehan of A Poet's Terroir.
