'Eat or Go to the Street!' Little Girl Gives Younger Sister Tough Life Lesson

A little girl went viral on TikTok for giving her younger sister a tough life lesson in their home in Redlands, California.

Amanda Pena recorded her 4-year-old daughter, Ava, giving her 3-year-old sister, Stella, advice about appreciating what you have. When Stella said she didn’t want to eat her food, Ava told her to be grateful because some people were homeless and had no food. “People have to live on the street and not have a home that has food in it,” she said. She finished with an ultimatum that shocked her mother: “Eat or go to the street!”

The conversation went viral on TikTok, receiving more than 2.9 million views and 485,000 likes.

Amanda told Storyful how she overheard the conversation. “I heard my daughters having a deep conversation so I pulled my phone out and started recording. I was shocked to hear my oldest daughter, Ava, giving her little sister a life lesson! It was so cute and funny, I had to share it with the world.” Credit: Amanda Pena via Storyful
