Two legendary bands are going to take rock fans to “Boogie Wonderland” next summer.

On Monday, music icons Chicago and Earth, Wind & Fire announced they’re teaming up to bring back their co-headlining Heart & Soul Tour for 2024.

The rock band and funk group will hit the road together next summer. Their 30-date tour kicks off on July 10 in St. Louis and travels throughout the Midwest, East Coast and West Coast, with stops in major cities like Toronto, Nashville, Houston, Phoenix and Los Angeles. After a show at the Kia Forum in L.A., their trek will wrap up on Sept. 7 in Palm Desert, CA.

The “Saturday in the Park” rockers and the “Let’s Grove” hitmakers previously joined each other on tour back in summer 2015 during the first iteration of the Heart & Soul Tour. The following year, they expanded their run of live shows with Heart & Soul 2.0.

Their upcoming concerts will see both of the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers play an expansive headlining set full of their iconic hits and then team up for an encore on stage together.

Chicago celebrated the news by sharing a teaser for the upcoming tour on Instagram. Soundtracked by beloved songs that fans are likely to hear live next summer, including “You’re the Inspiration” and “September,” the brief clip features footage of Earth, Wind & Fire hyping up the crowd and Chicago’s expansive 10-member lineup.

The joint tour comes after Chicago celebrated 50 years as a band in 2023 and honored the milestone with a handful of headlining concerts. They’ll start 2024 by picking up more solo shows in February, which continue throughout the spring, until they team up with Earth, Wind & Fire in June.
