Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is many things; actor, producer and poster of incredibly long Instagram videos, but before all that he was a professional wrestler.

The star has been answering fan questions on his Instagram page this week, and one of them led to the WWE star getting quite emotional.

He was asked what the "most meaningful" match of his career was, and, in one of his trademark lengthy videos, he reminisced about one in Honolulu, Hawaii. It was the only time he wrestled on his islands, and it was a small, hometown affair without pay-per-view or a big production.

In the caption alongside his video, he wrote: "For decades, Hawaii always represented struggle and grit for my family.

"After the match, while we quietly and gratefully celebrated in my locker room with my family - my grandmother says, 'We finally made it' and those four words sealed the deal.

"Thanks for the great question and thanks for hanging in there while I got emo. I’m poised and experienced enough to take long pause and smile so I don’t start the attractive ugly cry. Love y’all and everyone stay healthy and safe."

In another question and answer video, Johnson explained that he originally had some different plans for his career.

He said he wanted to be a country singer, an NFL football player, and a heavyweight boxing champ, but in the end settled for being one of the biggest movie stars on the planet (while still finding the time to maintain his incredible physique).

Although, we can definitely still see him trying his hand at all of the above and have no doubt he'd be pretty great at those too.
